ABE Watch D.O.G.S
The Dads of Great Students WATCH D.O.G.S. program is one of the nation’s largest and most respected school-based, family, and community engagement, organizations in the country. WATCH D.O.G.S. is a family and community engagement educational initiative designed and developed by educators, experts and parent volunteers over more than two decades. Our program helps provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. Meanwhile, we provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security, reduce bullying and provide a greater sense of campus safety allowing students and teachers to focus on learning.
How to Join
1. Fill out the District Volunteer Application form. To volunteer in CCISD schools, future volunteers must complete an on-line application. Completing the application permits Clear Creek ISD to conduct a criminal background check prior to clearing an individual to serve on a CCISD campus.

4. We have Morning, Mid Morning, Afternoon and All Day Shifts available. Watch D.O.G.S. patrol our hallways, interact with students, and get to visit in their child's classroom.
Meet Trevor Spiro
Watch D.O.G.S. Lead
I am excited to lead my fellow Watch Dogs for an amazing year here at Armand Bayou Elementary. I am dad to a 5th grader (Sully), a 4th grader (Cami) and my wife has been a substitute teacher for the past 2 years. We are originally from North Carolina, but have called Texas home since 2017. By day I am a squadron commander at Ellington Air Field. In my free time I enjoy golfing, trying new things and adventures in nature with my family. The sense of community is my favorite thing about A.B.E. and I look forward to continuing the legacy.
